The situation

Pandora North America hired Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group in 2005. In addition to implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP for Pandora, we helped with the redesign of system procedures and the design of custom business processes.

Our networking team implemented an enterprise level virtual server environment, which includes a cluster of physical servers that support many virtual servers, utilizing high performance server attached storage (SAN). A virtual environment is incredibly flexible, scalable and fault tolerant. It allows one server to do the job of many and can recover quickly from hardware and software problems.

Members of Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group regularly collaborate with Pandora’s internal IT department for high-level planning for growth and efficiency enhancements.
