The situation
Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group provides ongoing support to Parks & People Foundation on the organization’s accounting system, Sage ERP Accpac. Sharon Paul and Beth McNally of the Technology Solutions Group have trained new personnel at the organization to use Sage ERP Accpac. They have also handled the organization’s Sage ERP Accpac upgrades and applied payroll tax updates. Sharon and Beth regularly troubleshoot Sage ERP Accpac issues, and also help customize financial statements, grant, project and other reports generated from Sage ERP Accpac.
