Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group began working with Sandler Training in the 1990s, when Sandler was using a DOS-based version of Accpac. Since then, our team has helped Sandler move to the Windows-based version of Accpac and upgrade twice. Gross Mendelsohn handles ongoing Sage ERP Accpac support and training for Sandler Training.
Having meaningful reports is especially important to Sandler Training’s management team. Our technology consultants have created custom reports to track revenue streams and franchisee purchases.
Gross Mendelsohn is also helping Sandler Training create an online web store, allowing franchisees to make purchases online through Sandler Training’s website. The purchases are automatically tracked in Sage ERP Accpac, allowing Sandler’s management team to get a clear, real time picture of incoming revenue.
“The service we receive from Sharon Paul and Beth McNally of the Technology Solutions Group is simply outstanding. Sharon’s leadership has been excellent, and Beth’s resourcefulness, accessibility and recommendations have been extremely helpful.
We’ve consistently been served by the same people year after year. I like the fact that Gross Mendelsohn has very low staff turnover.
Their knowledge of Sage ERP Accpac AND accounting has helped us exponentially. They not only understand the software, but they understand how a real business needs it to work in order to provide meaningful information.
The bottom line is that their knowledge of Accpac and accounting, combined with their outstanding service, makes our lives easier at Sandler Training.”
