Dana S. Berry

                                                                                                                                                             Dana Berry, MCP, a systems consultant with Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group, helps clients select various hardware and software products to fit their needs and budgets.

Dana’s experience includes designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange infrastructures. She also installs and configures firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), and remote access such as Microsoft Terminal Services and Citrix. She has extensive knowledge of several Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Certified CRM 4.0 Specialist.

She enjoys setting up and supporting our clients’ networks to help them be more productive and efficient in their everyday tasks, in the most cost-effective way possible.

One of Dana’s passions is teaching senior computer users how to use new technologies. Dana is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Specialist.

• Associate of arts degree in networking, Catonsville Community College (2002)

Just for fun

• In high school Dana did some modeling, including a TV commercial for a dress boutique and a before-and-after hair shot for a newspaper article about proms.
• Dana is a “Twilight” fan. She read all four books in a two-week period while on bed rest during her pregnancy. (Team Edward!)
• “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” is Dana’s favorite movie. She is a big fan of old movies and Audrey Hepburn.
