As an account executive with Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group, Erica Turner helps business owners and in-house accounting professionals identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Erica works frequently with construction contractors to assess business needs such as accounting software, payroll, reporting, business intelligence, CRM, and operations. However, she also has experience helping other businesses such as distributors, manufacturers, and service businesses improve their processes.
Erica is passionate about problem solving. She enjoys the challenge of finding the best solution that meets each company’s unique business needs. Her knowledge is not limited to just operations. Erica also is familiar with hardware and software that keeps computer systems running smoothly, such as Office 365, proactive network monitoring, data backup and recovery, remote access, and virtualization.
