Kiel W. Moore

Kiel Moore, MCSA, a senior network consultant / engineer with Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group, implements software and networking solutions for clients.

He specializes in Cisco PIX, ASA, and VoIP Solutions. He works specifically with Windows Small Business Server 2011, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL Server installations and migrations. He also installs firewalls, switching and routing equipment, and backup and security solutions. He has over three years of experience in the technology field. Kiel is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and is CompTIA Security+ Certified.

Kiel especially enjoys the rewarding feeling he gets from receiving positive feedback from clients after helping them solve problems.

Just for fun

• Kiel grew up in Syracuse, NY, the snowiest city in the country, and does not understand why everything in Maryland closes when it snows a couple of inches.
• He recently left the country for the first time on a vacation to Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands and took yodeling lessons in the Alps.
• Kiel has played lacrosse since he was eight, playing on teams that have won two state championships and a #1 national ranking.
