We’ve gathered all our Microsoft experts into one area so that you can get your questions answered–no matter if they’re general questions on the greater Microsoft Dynamics family, or if you want to go deeper into product functionality. Our Technical Support staff will be on hand to assist you with your current solution as needed, and you’ll find knowledgeable product experts who can demonstrate the latest products and technologies—all designed to enhance your existing solution. Also integrated into our product area is our Hands on Labs, where you can explore products, features and functionality in a hands-on environment.

Expo Experience

The Convergence Expo brings together all of the companies behind the hottest solutions, technologies and services from around the world. This is the one place that connects you with the leading solution developers within the Microsoft Dynamics community, and helps you envision “A World of Opportunity” for your business solution.

Community Experience

This area is where the community really comes alive, much like the center of town. Convergence Connect is a structured networking tool that makes it easy to connect and network with your fellow colleagues at Convergence. Birds of a Feather will gather each mid-day in the Community Experience to dissect and dialogue on the hottest topics. The Country Lounges provide you with a casual environment to unite with attendees from your corner of the world. CommNet features high speed internet connectivity, printers and direct access to the event website. Our Conference Store and Bookstore is our onsite supermarket, where you can select your Microsoft-branded merchandise and relevant business titles. The Gaming Area is the center of fun, featuring the latest Xbox 360 games, Ping-Pong and other games that help you release some stress and let your hair down.
