Gross Mendelsohn technology specialist speaks at long term healthcare conference

William L. Walter, MCP, MCSE, presented “The top 6 technology threats to your long term care organization and how to mitigate them” on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at HFAM’s Quality Care For All Seasons conference, an event for Maryland’s long term healthcare professionals.
This annual conference was held at Ocean City’s Roland E. Powell Convention Center between October 25 and October 28. The conference typically attracts about 400 members of Maryland’s healthcare community. Bill Walter helped attendees understand the risks to the security of their organization's data and steps to take to minimize that risk.
Walter, a senior network engineer in Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group, specializes in disaster planning, data recovery, data migration, network security, email solutions, Internet connectivity and remote access. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
